These terms apply when you purchase and use software from Cathead Software (trading as CatHead AI). By installing our software or buying a license, you agree to them.
Your license
- When you buy a license, you own the right to use the software on your devices — forever.
- A single license covers one person across their personal devices (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Team licenses are available — email us.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.
Trials
Our trial versions are free to use for the stated period. Some features may be limited during the trial. No credit card is required for trials.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. If you're not satisfied, email hello@catheadai.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll process the refund through LemonSqueezy within a few business days.
Updates
Your license includes all future updates for the product you purchased. No subscription, no upgrade fees. We ship updates through the app's built-in updater.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we test everything carefully, software can have bugs. In no event shall Cathead Software be liable for any damages arising from the use of our software beyond the price you paid for the license.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms (for example, by pirating or redistributing the software). Otherwise, your license stands.
Privacy
See our privacy policy. Short version: our apps run offline, we don't collect your data.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Existing license holders keep the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Bu koşullar, Cathead Software (CatHead AI olarak faaliyet gösteren) yazılımlarını satın aldığınızda ve kullandığınızda geçerlidir. Yazılımımızı kurduğunuzda veya bir lisans satın aldığınızda bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Lisansınız
- Bir lisans satın aldığınızda, yazılımı kendi cihazlarınızda kullanma hakkınız vardır — ömür boyu.
- Tek lisans, bir kişinin kişisel cihazlarını (Windows, macOS, Linux) kapsar.
- Ekip lisansları mevcut — bize e-posta gönderin.
- Yazılımı yeniden dağıtamaz, satamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.
Denemeler
Deneme sürümlerimiz belirtilen süre boyunca ücretsizdir. Deneme süresinde bazı özellikler kısıtlı olabilir. Deneme için kredi kartı gerekmez.
İade
Soru sorulmadan 30 gün iade garantisi sunuyoruz. Memnun kalmazsanız satın alımdan sonraki 30 gün içinde hello@catheadai.com adresine yazın. İadeyi LemonSqueezy üzerinden birkaç iş günü içinde işleriz.
Güncellemeler
Lisansınız, satın aldığınız ürün için tüm gelecek güncellemeleri içerir. Abonelik yok, yükseltme ücreti yok. Güncellemeleri uygulamanın yerleşik güncelleyicisi üzerinden göndeririz.
Garanti ve sorumluluk
Yazılım "olduğu gibi" herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın sağlanır. Her şeyi dikkatle test etsek de yazılımda hata olabilir. Hiçbir durumda Cathead Software, yazılımın kullanımından doğan zararlardan, lisans için ödediğiniz tutarın ötesinde sorumlu tutulamaz.
Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal ederseniz (örneğin, yazılımı korsan dağıtım yaparak) lisansınızı feshedebiliriz. Aksi takdirde lisansınız geçerli kalır.
Gizlilik
Gizlilik politikamıza bakın. Kısa özet: uygulamalarımız çevrimdışı çalışır, verinizi toplamıyoruz.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları değiştirirsek, üstteki tarihi güncelleriz. Mevcut lisans sahipleri, satın alma anında yürürlükte olan koşulları korur.
